What you need

tsp salt

cup unsalted butter

tsp sugar

tbsp grape jelly

cup buttermilk

tsp baking powder
Instructions
1) Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. 2) Sift the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a bowl. Use a whisk to make sure everything is well incorporated. 3) Use a rubber spatula to make a well in the center of the flour mixture. 4) Pour the buttermilk into the center of the flour mixture. Use the rubber spatula to gradually mix the flour mixture into the buttermilk. Make sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl with the spatula to ensure everything is well incorporated, but be careful not to overmix. The result should be a shaggy, sticky dough. 5) Add the melted butter to an 8x8 baking dish. Scrape the batter into the butter, then spread it to the edges of the baking dish and smooth out the top. (It’s OK if some of the butter forms dimples in the dough. Just be careful not to mix the butter into the dough.) 6) Slightly warm the grape jelly in the microwave (about 5 seconds if room temperature; about 10 seconds if from the refrigerator). 7) Spoon the grape jelly about 1.5 tbsp at a time evenly over the top of the dough in the baking dish. Use a butter knife to make shallow swirls of the jelly into the dough. 8) Use the rubber spatula to cut the unbaked dough into 9 squares. 9) Bake for 25 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown on the top.View original recipe
