tsp salt & pepper

fl oz avocado oil

bunch fresh rosemary
fl oz lime

tbsp butter

clove garlic clove

tbsp jerk seasoning

lb lamb rib chops
Instructions
Rinse the lamb in water & lime, dry, then marinate the lamb with aromatics and seasoning for at least 30 minutes at room temp.
