What you need

tbsp italian seasoning

tbsp kosher salt

tsp lemon pepper

fl oz avocado oil

tsp black pepper

old bay seasoning

bunch parsley
clove fresh garlic
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Begin by steaming the potatoes in foil to par-cook them. Once par-cooked, spread the potatoes evenly on a sheet tray and season with avocado oil, kosher salt, black pepper, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and butter. In the same manner, spread the seasoned broccoli evenly on the sheet tray with avocado oil, kosher salt, and black pepper. Once the broccoli and potatoes are two-thirds cooked, add the salmon, seasoned with Old Bay, lemon pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic & chive salt, avocado oil, Scotch Bonnet honey, minced garlic, and butter, to the sheet pan. The salmon will have the shortest cook time. Once everything is cooked through, remove the broccoli from the sheet pan. Broil the potatoes and salmon for 2-3 minutes to crisp up the potatoes and add color to the salmon.View original recipe
