What you need

tsp cinnamon powder

cup granulated sugar

oz club soda

granny smith apple

crescent roll dough

cup dark brown sugar

cup honey
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. To a bowl, add melted butter, granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir well, then set aside. 2. Add the honey to a separate plate or bowl. Peel, core, and slice apples ¼-inch thick. Dip the apple slices into the honey, ensuring each slice is generously covered. 3. Open the tube of crescent roll dough and separate along the perforated edges. Wrap each honey-dipped apple slice into each triangular piece of dough. Begin at the larger edge, roll it up, then tuck the ends in so that almost no part of the apple slice is visible. Place the wrapped dumplings into a lightly-buttered 9x9 baking dish. 4. Scoop the large spoons of the cinnamon-sugar-butter mixture directly on top of each dumpling. 5. Pour the club soda along any open spaces in the dish. DO NOT pour it directly on top of the dumplings. 6. Place the dish with the dumplings in the preheated oven. Bake for 50 minutes. 7. Remove the baked dumplings from the oven and let it rest until it stops bubbling and sets a bit, approximately 3-5 minutes.
