Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Step 2: Mix Caribbean green seasoning, jerk seasoning/marinade, mojo marinade, Jamaican meat seasoning, seasoned salt, black pepper, all-purpose seasoning, smoked paprika, and dark brown sugar in a bowl. Step 3: Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder. Step 4: Place the pork shoulder in an oven bag or cover with foil. Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes. Step 6: Reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees F and continue cooking for 3.5 hours. Step 7: Baste the pork every hour to keep it moist.
