Instructions
1: Cut chicken breasts in half to get 4 pieces. 2: Season the chicken with chicken seasoning, jerk seasoning, and smoked paprika. 3: Prepare the coating by dipping chicken in eggs, then in a mixture of flour, cornstarch, breadcrumbs, and parmesan. 4: Fry the chicken in oil until crispy and cooked through. 5: Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside. 6: In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter; sauté onion, garlic, and bell peppers until soft. 7: Add thyme, parsley, salt, black pepper, and jerk seasoning to the sautéed mixture. 8: Stir in heavy cream and cook until heated through. 9: Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to combine. 10: Serve pasta topped with crispy jerk-seasoned chicken and shredded mozzarella.View original recipe
