Instructions
Step 1: Rinse the lamb in water and lime, dry, and marinate with aromatics and seasoning for at least 30 minutes at room temperature. Step 2: Sear the lamb in high-heat oil on medium-high for 3 minutes per side or until desired doneness, basting with butter and aromatics. Step 3: Peel and cut the Yukon gold potatoes, then boil in salted water until cooked. Step 4: Simmer butter, half & half, and aromatics in a saucepan until potatoes are done. Step 5: Drain potatoes, remove aromatics from the milk-butter mixture, pour over potatoes, and mash. Step 6: Season mashed potatoes with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to taste. Step 7: Clean green beans and lightly oil and season them, then place on a baking tray.
