Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the chicken thighs with jerk marinade, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and Red Stripe beer. Step 2: Cook the chicken on the grill or in the oven until thoroughly cooked. Step 3: For the jerk sauce, combine jerk marinade, brown sugar, ketchup, and water in a bowl. Step 4: For the slaw, mix the green cabbage, red cabbage, green bell pepper, grated carrot, grated onion, apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, and pepper.
