tsp paprika

green bell pepper

red bell pepper

yellow bell pepper

red onion

tbsp butter

cup rice
Instructions
Step 1: Soak the skewers in water for an hour before use to prevent burning. Step 2: Cut the chicken into cubes and season with the adobo, paprika, and A Dozen Cousins Wakandan Jerk Seasoning. Let it marinate. Step 3: Cut the bell peppers and onion into squares of similar sizes to the chicken. Step 4: Assemble the chicken and veggies on the skewers as desired, reserving any remaining marinade. Step 5: Cook until the chicken registers at 165 degrees Fahrenheit. For an indoor grill, set to medium and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Step 6: For an air fryer, cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Step 7: For an oven, bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Optionally, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for a richer color. Step 8: For the rice, follow the rice cooker instructions on the A Dozen Cousins Wakandan Coconut Rice packet, adding a tablespoon of butter.View original recipe
