Instructions
1: For the Jerk Mayo Lobster Rolls, combine cooked lobster meat, mayo, jerk marinade, lemon juice, celery, scallion, Old Bay, and parsley in a bowl. 2: Mix well until the ingredients are combined. 3: Lightly toast the brioche hot dog buns with butter and fill them with the jerk mayo lobster mixture. 4: For the Curry Butter Lobster Rolls, heat the butter in a pan and add thyme, garlic paste, and ginger paste. 5: Stir in the curry marinade and Old Bay, then add in the cooked lobster meat and simmer thoroughly. 6: Mix in parsley and also toast the brioche hot dog buns with butter before filling them with the curry butter lobster mixture. 7: Optionally, add freshly chopped scotch bonnet pepper for extra spice just before serving.View original recipe
