tbsp cooking oil

Instructions
Step 1: Clean and cut the collard greens. Step 2: In a large pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat. Step 3: Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Step 4: Add the smoked turkey leg, collard greens, chicken broth, and all spices. Step 5: Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes to 1 hour until greens are tender.
