tsp steak seasoning

tsp jerk seasoning
tsp cornstarch
tbsp vegetable oil

tbsp butter

bell pepper

scotch bonnet pepper

cup low-sodium soy sauce

tbsp red wine vinegar

tsp browning sauce

tsp sugar

tsp red chili flakes
Instructions
Step 1: Soak thinly sliced steak in cool water with a tsp of baking soda to tenderize. Rinse and then season. Step 2: In a pan, heat vegetable oil and butter over medium heat. Step 3: Add chopped onion and scallion; sauté until onions are translucent. Step 4: Add the marinated sirloin steak and cook until browned. Step 5: Stir in garlic paste, ginger paste, and all seasonings. Mix well. Step 6: Add low-sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, browning, and sugar. Stir to combine.
