What you need

Instructions
Step 1: Clean and prepare the goat meat. Step 2: In a bowl, mix the goat meat with green seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, meat seasoning, seasoned salt, black pepper, and curry powder. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Step 3: In a pot, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Step 4: Add chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped scallions, thyme, and all the spices. Sauté until fragrant. Step 5: Add the marinated goat meat to the pot and sear until browned. Step 6: Add water to cover the meat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until tender (about 1 hour). Step 7: Add cubed potato and sliced carrot, and cook until vegetables are done. Step 8: Adjust seasoning as necessary and serve with white rice.View original recipe
