Crab & Spinach Rangoon

Using leftover imitation crab, wonton wrappers, and surplus spinach, I created a delicious Crab & Spinach Rangoon. This recipe features finely chopped crab, garlic, scallions, and cream cheese, all wrapped in crispy wontons and served with sweet chili sauce for dipping.

fl oz vegetable oil

wonton wrappers

imitation crab

fl oz sweet chili sauce

fl oz sriracha

tsp granulated sugar

clove garlic clove

bunch scallion

oz cream cheese
Instructions
1: Finely chop the imitation crab, garlic cloves, scallions, and spinach. 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped crab, garlic, scallions, spinach, plain cream cheese, granulated sugar, and Sriracha to taste. 3: Place a spoonful of the mixture onto a wonton wrapper, fold, and seal the edges. 4: Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. 5: Fry the wontons until they are golden brown and crispy. 6: Serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.View original recipe
