cup coconut milk

cup salted butter

dark brown sugar

tbsp rosewater
cup shredded coconut

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the fine yellow cornmeal, all-purpose flour, coconut milk, melted salted butter, dark brown sugar, freshly grated nutmeg, ground cinnamon, ground allspice, and salt. Mix well. Step 3: Add the vanilla extract, rosewater (if using), grated coconut (if using), and white rum (if using) to the mixture and stir until combined. Step 4: Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Step 5: In a separate bowl, mix the coconut milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract for the topping.
