tsp onion powder

tsp smoked paprika

tsp chili powder

tsp dried oregano

tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
Step 1: Sauté prepared vegetables in 1 tbsp oil on medium heat for 2 minutes. Step 2: Add ground beef and mince in the pan, mixing well with the vegetables until brown. Step 3: Add the powdered seasonings and cook until fully cooked (about 8 minutes), then set aside. Step 4: In a separate pan, add 1-2 tbsp of oil on medium heat and lightly fry the tortillas on one side. Step 5: Flip the tortillas and build the tacos by adding a layer of both cheeses, then the cooked beef, and another layer of cheeses, then close the tacos. Step 6: Ensure the tacos are golden brown on both sides once closed. Step 7: Serve with pico de gallo and/or sour cream, or with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.View original recipe
