1: Marinate the chicken with green seasoning, Jamaican chicken seasoning, seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and ginger paste. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes. 2: Heat oil in a pot and brown the marinated chicken pieces on all sides. 3: Add onion, garlic, scallion, thyme, pimento seeds, browning, and meat & fish sauce.
