What you need
lobster tail

lb lobster meat

oz linguine
tbsp salted butter

shallot

garlic clove
cup fresh parsley
cup grated parmesan cheese

lemon

cup dry white wine
cup pasta water

tsp seafood seasoning

tsp lemon pepper seasoning
salt

black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Clean and cut the lobster tails in half. Season with 1 tsp seafood seasoning and ½ tsp lemon pepper seasoning. Set aside. Step 2: Prepare the linguine or fettuccine pasta according to package instructions for al dente. Step 3: While the pasta is cooking, heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet on medium to medium-low heat. Then, add the butter. Once melted, add the shallot or onion (if using). After about 2 minutes, add the garlic and toss around. Step 4: After another minute, add the parsley and toss around. Add the lobster tails meat-side-down. Cook for about 5 minutes, then remove the lobster tails but leave the garlic-parsley butter. Step 5: Add the cooked lobster meat to the skillet to warm it up. Once warm, add the wine or stock and bring it to a simmer. Season with the remaining seafood seasoning, lemon zest, and juice. Step 6: Add the pasta to the skillet and toss. Add as much reserved pasta water as necessary to rebuild the sauce. Step 7: Once well-combined and the sauce is to your liking, turn off the heat and incorporate the parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.View original recipe
