cup all purpose flour

tbsp baking powder

tsp salt
cup fine cornmeal

tbsp granulated sugar

tsp cinnamon

tsp nutmeg

tbsp butter

cup water

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1: Season the fish with salt, black pepper, and fish seasoning. Step 2: Heat oil in a pan until very hot. Step 3: Fry the fish for about 6 minutes on each side until crispy. Step 4: In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cornmeal, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter, and water (or milk) to make the festival dough.
