tbsp jerk seasoning

Instructions
Step 1: Season the ribeye steaks with salt, black pepper, green seasoning, and wet jerk seasoning, massaging it into both sides. Step 2: Heat olive oil in a medium-high grill pan. Step 3: Cook one side of the steaks for 3 minutes, then flip. Step 4: Add butter, crushed garlic cloves, thyme, rosemary, and chopped scallion to the pan. Step 5: Baste the steak for another 3 minutes for medium cooked steak. Step 6: For the herb mashed potatoes, boil the cut and peeled potatoes until tender. Step 7: In a separate pot, simmer melted butter, heavy cream and milk, rosemary, sage, and crushed garlic for 10-15 minutes.
