Instructions
Step 1: Season room temperature steaks with salt and pepper or seasoning of choice. Step 2: Heat a pan on medium-high and add olive oil. Step 3: Sear steaks for 3 minutes on one side. Step 4: Flip the steaks, add butter, garlic, and herbs, and baste while the other side sears for 3 minutes. Step 5: Use a cooking thermometer to check for desired doneness (145 degrees for medium). Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving. Step 6: Cut the top of the lobster shells to pop out the lobster meat, then clean and season them with Old Bay. Step 7: Pour melted garlic-herb butter over each lobster tail and bake in a 350-degree oven for 10-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees. Step 8: Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Step 9: In a hot pan, add olive oil and butter, sauté diced onion until translucent, then stir in garlic. Step 10: Add in seasoning and heavy cream, bring to a rolling simmer. Step 11: When cream starts to thicken, reduce heat and stir in shredded cheese, tomatoes, spinach, and parsley. Step 12: Incorporate pasta, toss, and serve.View original recipe
