can evaporated milk

cup water

can coconut milk

cinnamon stick

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp ground nutmeg

tsp ground allspice

tsp vanilla extract

tsp rose water

pinch salt

sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Step 1: In a pot, combine the raw peanuts, oats, evaporated milk, water, and coconut milk. Step 2: Add the cinnamon sticks, ground cinnamon, grated nutmeg, ground allspice, vanilla extract, rose water, and a pinch of salt. Step 3: Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
