What you need

½ fl oz lemon juice

8 clove garlic clove
1 ½ scotch bonnet pepper

1 tsp white vinegar

½ red bell pepper

1 tbsp ginger paste

½ cup fresh thyme
1 cup fresh parsley
1 green bell pepper

4 scallion
1 tsp salt

1 yellow onion

2 tsp allspice berries

½ cup cilantro
Instructions
Chop and blend all of the ingredients together. Yields approximately 3 cups. Store in the refrigerator in a lidded jar or container for up to one month or freeze in freezer safe trays for up to 6 months. Note: Measurements do not need to be exact.
