oz smoked sausage
green bell pepper

red bell pepper

yellow bell pepper

red onion
tsp garlic paste

basil leaves

oz tomato paste
chicken broth

tsp seasoned salt
tbsp granulated sugar
salt

pepper
grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Step 2: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced smoked sausage. Cook until browned. Step 3: Add sliced bell peppers and red onion to the skillet and sauté until softened. Step 4: Stir in garlic paste and cook for another minute. Step 5: Add tomato paste, chicken broth (or reserved pasta water), chicken Maggi cube, all-purpose seasoning, Italian seasoning, and sugar. Mix well. Step 6: Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to combine all ingredients. Step 7: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped basil leaves if using.
