What you need
cup fresh parsley

red bell pepper

yellow onion
tsp salt

tbsp ginger paste
lime juice
green bell pepper

tsp white vinegar
Instructions
1: Chop the yellow onion and green bell pepper. 2: Peel and crush the garlic cloves. 3: Chop the scallion stalks and red bell pepper. 4: Remove the leaves from the thyme sprigs if desired. 5: Remove the seeds from the scotch bonnet peppers if desired. 6: If using fresh ginger root, peel and slice it into small pieces. 7: In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients: onion, garlic, scallions, thyme, scotch bonnet peppers, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, ginger, parsley, pimento seeds/allspice berries, salt, lime juice, olive oil, and white vinegar. 8: Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency. 9: Store the green seasoning in a jar in the refrigerator.View original recipe
