Instructions
Step 1: Drizzle chicken with avocado oil, then sear in a skillet. Step 2: Sprinkle the chicken with all-purpose seasoning, chicken seasoning, jerk seasoning, smoked paprika, and salt. Step 3: Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Step 4: Stir in butter and fresh green seasoning (if using). Step 5: Add jasmine rice and chicken bouillon cube, then pour in chicken broth or water. Step 6: Stir in Bijol and bring to a simmer.
