Instructions
1: Clean and trim oxtail pieces. 2: In a bowl, combine oxtail with fresh green seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, seasoned salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and browning. 3: Heat cooking oil in a pot and brown the oxtail pieces on all sides. 4: Add chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped scallion, thyme sprigs, crushed allspice berries, grated ginger, scotch bonnet pepper, and ketchup. Stir well. 5: Add butter beans and beef broth. Add water as needed for braising. 6: Cover and simmer on low heat for about 2 hours until oxtails are tender.View original recipe
