tbsp sugar

tsp butter

tsp coconut oil

cup water

Instructions
Step 1: Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, sugar) in a large bowl. Step 2: Mix in the room temp butter and coconut oil. Step 3: Add water and mix with a fork or rubber spatula until a semi-sticky ball of dough forms. Step 4: Cover the dough with a damp towel or paper towel and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. Step 5: Separate the dough into about 12 even parts and form each part into a ball. Step 6: On a floured surface, roll each ball into round disks.
