What you need

cup heavy cream

tsp seasoned salt

cup grated parmesan cheese
cup shredded mozzarella
fresh parsley

oz pasta
salmon fillet

tsp seafood seasoning

tbsp jerk seasoning
Instructions
Step 1: Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Step 2: In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic, scallion, and thyme for about 2 minutes in the butter and olive oil on medium to medium-low heat. Step 3: Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer for about 4 minutes. Step 4: Stir in the all-purpose and Italian seasonings. Optionally add some parsley and red pepper flakes. Step 5: Once the sauce has thickened, stir in the cheeses until melted and well incorporated. Step 6: Turn off the heat and taste for salt and pepper. Stir in the cooked and strained pasta. Step 7: Season the salmon fillets with seafood seasoning, Italian seasoning, salt, and wet jerk seasoning. Step 8: Spray the air fryer with cooking spray and cook the salmon at 400°F for 8 minutes.
