What you need

tbsp garlic

tsp smoked paprika

tsp ground allspice

tsp kosher salt

tsp black pepper
tsp garlic paste

tsp ginger paste

scallion

thyme sprigs

cup sweet chili sauce
Instructions
Step 1: Season then marinate chicken for at least 1 hour. Step 2: Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Step 3: Drain and reserve liquid from the pan (use some for the glaze). Step 4: Use half of the glaze sauce mixture to glaze the chicken. Step 5: Bake for another 45 minutes. Step 6: Glaze again with remaining sauce. Step 7: Broil for 5 minutes.View original recipe
