Instructions
1: Marinate the chicken with green seasoning, chicken seasoning, seasoned salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, soy sauce, browning, and turbinado sugar. 2: In a large pot, heat oil for frying and brown the chicken pieces. 3: Add chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped scallions, thyme, whole scotch bonnet pepper, pimento seeds, julienned green and red bell peppers, chopped tomato, and sliced carrot. 4: Stir well, then add ketchup, fish & meat sauce, ginger paste, and any leftover marinade. 5: Pour in hot water, cover, and let it cook until the chicken is tender, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. 6: Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.View original recipe
