What you need

cup strawberry puree

cup evaporated milk

cup half & half

cup granulated sugar

egg nog

tsp vanilla extract

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp salt

tsp lemon juice

red food colour

tbsp strawberry jam

cup powdered sugar

tsp heavy cream

vanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Step 2: Cut the brioche bread into cubes and place in a large bowl. Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix together the strawberry purée, evaporated milk, half & half, granulated sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, salt, lemon juice, and food coloring. Step 4: Pour the mixture over the bread cubes and let it soak for about 15 minutes. Step 5: Transfer the soaked mixture to a greased baking dish. Step 6: Dot the top with warm strawberry jam. Step 7: Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Step 8: For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
