Instructions
1: Clean and then season the chicken or salmon with 1 tbsp of olive oil, Adobo, Italian, and Cajun or jerk seasoning, salt, and pepper. 2: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions for al dente. 3: Heat a large skillet on medium heat, add 2 tbsp olive oil, and cook the salmon or chicken until done (4 minutes on each side for salmon; 7 minutes on each side for chicken). 4: In the same skillet, add butter. Once melted, sauté minced garlic and chopped onion until translucent and fragrant. 5: Pour in heavy cream, simmer, lower heat, add Italian seasoning and Cajun or jerk seasoning, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens. 6: Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
