Instructions
Step 1: Clean and prepare the snappers (or chosen fish). Step 2: In a bowl, mix garlic (minced), fish seasoning, and some salt and pepper into the fish. Step 3: In a pan, heat cooking oil and fry whole garlic gloves until fragrant, then add sliced onion, bell peppers, carrot, scallions, and scotch bonnet. Step 4: Add the seasoned fish to the pan and allow to fry slightly on each side. Step 5: Pour in the hot water and add optional ingredients like browning, soy sauce, and ginger mango sauce.
