1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2: Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with seasoned salt, black pepper, chicken seasoning, garlic & herb blend, and smoked paprika. 3: In a large pan, add avocado oil and butter, then place the seasoned chicken in the pan. 4: Chop and add the onion, fresh garlic, rosemary, thyme, and seasonal vegetables including potatoes, kabocha squash, corn, carrots, and zucchini to the pan. 5: Roast in the oven for about 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
