It is baked for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes at 375°F, with additional BBQ sauce and broiling for added flavor. The pasta salad includes rotini pasta, bell peppers, onions, mayo, and coleslaw dressing.

1: Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2: Season the whole chicken with complete seasonings, fresh green seasoning, jerk marinade, and BBQ sauce. 3: Bake the chicken for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. 4: Halfway through baking, add half a bottle of Red Stripe beer. 5: Toward the end of baking, add more BBQ sauce and broil for 10 minutes. 6: For the pasta salad, boil and drain rotini pasta. 7: Let the pasta come to room temperature, then add chopped bell peppers, onions, salt, pepper, sugar, mayo, and coleslaw dressing. 8: Serve the chicken with rice & peas and pasta salad on the side.
