Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Step 2: Cut boniato and yellow yam into 1-inch pieces. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the boniato, yellow yam, coconut milk, brown sugar, melted butter, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, salt, vanilla extract, rose water, almond extract, white rum, and all-purpose flour. Step 4: Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Step 5: Reserve one cup of the liquid for the soft top. Step 6: Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
