1) Season the shrimp with 1 tsp of the seafood seasoning and 1 tbsp of the jerk marinade. Mix well, then set aside. 2) To an oven-safe skillet over medium heat, add 2 tbsp of olive oil. Add the seasoned shrimp one at a time to ensure they don’t crowd in the pan, then cook for about 1 minute on each side just to achieve a nice sear. 3) Remove the shrimp from the pan, then add the broccoli. Lightly season with salt and pepper, and lightly sauté just for a minute or two. 4) Remove the broccoli, then add 2 tbsp of butter to the pan. Melt that down, then add ½ chopped onion followed by 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 chopped scallion stalks, and 1 tsp of fresh thyme leaves. 5) Sauté until fragrant, then add the orzo. Once coated nicely in the butter and seasonings, add the seafood stock and season with the remaining seafood seasoning and jerk marinade. 6) Add ½ cup of heavy cream, and stir. Turn the heat to low, then add ¼ cup of cheese and the broccoli. Stir that in, then top with the shrimp. 7) Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
