Crab & Spinach Rangoon

Using leftover imitation crab, wonton wrappers, and surplus spinach, I created a delicious Crab & Spinach Rangoon. This recipe features finely chopped crab, garlic, scallions, and cream cheese, all wrapped in crispy wontons and served with sweet chili sauce for dipping.

1: Finely chop the imitation crab, garlic cloves, scallions, and spinach. 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped crab, garlic, scallions, spinach, plain cream cheese, granulated sugar, and Sriracha to taste. 3: Place a spoonful of the mixture onto a wonton wrapper, fold, and seal the edges. 4: Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. 5: Fry the wontons until they are golden brown and crispy. 6: Serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
