This Jerk Steak Dinner features juicy ribeye steaks seasoned with jerk spices, paired with herb mashed potatoes, all cooked in about 30 minutes. The steak is grilled to perfection, basted with garlic and herbs, while the potatoes are boiled and mashed with a creamy herb-infused mixture. Perfect for a quick yet flavorful meal!

Step 1: Season the ribeye steaks with salt, black pepper, green seasoning, and wet jerk seasoning, massaging it into both sides. Step 2: Heat olive oil in a medium-high grill pan. Step 3: Cook one side of the steaks for 3 minutes, then flip. Step 4: Add butter, crushed garlic cloves, thyme, rosemary, and chopped scallion to the pan. Step 5: Baste the steak for another 3 minutes for medium cooked steak. Step 6: For the herb mashed potatoes, boil the cut and peeled potatoes until tender. Step 7: In a separate pot, simmer melted butter, heavy cream and milk, rosemary, sage, and crushed garlic for 10-15 minutes. Step 8: Strain the herb-infused milk mixture and mix it into the crushed potatoes. Mash with salt, pepper, and optional ingredients.
