Step 1: Drain the canned salmon and remove the bones. Step 2: In a bowl, combine the salmon, onion, garlic, scallion (save green part for garnish), bell peppers, thyme leaves, old bay seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, beaten egg, and flour. Step 3: Mix the ingredients until well combined. Step 4: Form the mixture into patties. Step 5: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Step 6: Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Step 7: Garnish with green scallions and serve.
