Step 1: Mix grated Caribbean sweet potato, cassava, coconut flakes, cornmeal, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger, salt, vanilla extract, rose water, and coconut milk until well combined. Step 2: Wrap scoops of the mixture in blanched or pre-steamed banana leaves. Step 3: Tie the wraps with kitchen twine. Step 4: Boil or steam the wraps for 45 minutes.
