Warm, crispy ackee & saltfish fritters made with flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, cooked ackee & saltfish, and water. The batter is fried until golden and delicious, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

1: In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. 2: Gradually add the cooked ackee & saltfish and water, mixing until the batter reaches the desired consistency. 3: Heat vegetable oil in a large pan on medium to medium-high heat. 4: Scoop a large serving spoon of the batter and pour it into the hot oil. 5: Fry the fritters for about 6 minutes on each side until they are golden. 6: Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
