Step 1: Grate the Jamaican chocolate ball. Step 2: In a pot, combine 2 cups of water with the grated chocolate, cinnamon sticks, and optional cinnamon or bay leaves. Step 3: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes. Step 4: Stir in the coconut milk and evaporated milk, along with a dash of salt.
